Kosovo to recognize Israel and Serbia to move embassy to JerusalemIsrael scored two diplomatic gains Friday when majority-Muslim Kosovo agreed to recognize the Jewish state and Serbia said it would move its embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv.
